1. 1-hour consultation at your project’s location.
This meeting is intended to understand the project and offer insight to green design and planning.
2. Architectural drawings of your existing structure.
If you do not have existing architectural drawings, we will draw your existing floor plan to scale.
3. Architectural drawings for your new Plan.
Based on your needs and vision for your project, Design Review ready plans will be provided.
4. Plan submission and City’s approval.
We will process your plans for approval. Guaranteed approval.
5. Green Planning.
Homeowners have different goals and needs when doing a green remodel, we will help you prioritize your project for efficiency, a healthy home, sustainability, and/or practical design and material choices.
6. Sub-Contractors
Allow one of our pre-screened sub-contractors to bid on your project, providing excellent quality while saving you time and money.
